I've been a writer all my life. I wrote stories when I was a small girl and illustrated them as well. The writing was so-so, the artwork, not so much, though my mother put quite a bit of it on her refrigerator.
I was a much better writer than illustrator and so began my lifelong love of the written word.
As an adult I've had my humor columns published in The Chicago Tribune, The Seattle Post Intelligencer, The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel and many other major daily newspapers. My humor column, 'It's Like This…', has been published biweekly for the past five years by Pacific Publishing in Seattle and I was the humor columnist for The Colorado Daily for two years. The story of the birth of our fourth child after suffering a stroke in the womb was published in an inspirational anthology entitled, 'Nudges from God'.
With over 100 eBooks to my name-well, they're not in my name exactly because I've ghostwritten them for clients, you've more than likely read my work and don't even know it.
I still write my newspaper columns but now most of my writing is done for clients searching for quality content for their websites, blogs, or for eBooks to sell online or to give to their lists.
